Livermore BART Discussion Forum
I’ve been thinking of setting up an online discussion forum for Livermore BART so that everyone can chat amongst themselves. Is this something that would be welcome? If so, please reply to this post and let me know.

Bart to Livermore makes sense in more than one way
1) decrease traffic on 580 between Altamont pass and 680 interchange (the most congested section) during rush hour.
2) Increase patronage right off livermore rather than parking congested dublin/pleasonton station.
3) Saves 20 minutes for each rider during the during the rush hour. The traffic time between Vasco and 680 junction on 580 is at least 20 minutes, if not more, during the morning and evening rush hours.
4) Positive Clean air initiative.
5) Lower stress levels for the patrons as they do not have to wade thru the livermore/plasanton/dublin sections of 580.
6) Just another 10 miles of track on leveled over-the ground route.

I think that even though It will cost $1 Billion it will be worth it because it is becoming to much of a hassle to ride to BART in Dublin. And even if a person takes the bus it takes a hour for the bus to get there.
