Linda and host Barbara Hickman discuss the issue of keeping BART on 580 versus running the track through downtown Livermore. Linda mentions several important facts that the public meetings have glossed over, have not made public, or have mislead us about, such as the self-imposed environmental constraints, how and how many Livermore residents would be impacted by the downtown track, and the expected economic development arising from having BART downtown.
